The modus operandi of penis pumps is basically to pump more blood in the penis than what would normally engorge due to sexual arousal. This makes the penis a little larger and firmer and more responsive to touch. However, such an enlargement does not stay for long nor can it remain permanently so, if the pump is used repeatedly. 1. Since you are merely sucking the blood in the penis, strengthening of the penis does not take place and as such the results are hardly permanent.
2. Chances of developing lymph blisters on the penis glands are very high due to the device that is being used.
3. When you suck in a lot of blood into your penis, the penile blood vessels can get ruptured and start bleeding.
4. The above problems can lead to temporary impotence.
